KHARAK AIR 10” 400mm Carbon Fiber FPV Drone Frame

The KHARAK AIR 10” carbon fiber FPV drone frame is a lightweight, 4-arm H-frame construction. Designed for 10-inch propeller builds, the AIR design focuses on weight reduction and efficient FPV drone layout while maintaining a rigid foundation for stable control. Thanks to its AIR design, the frame weighs just 250 g, an impressive benchmark for the 10-inch class.

At the core of the quadcopter frame are 7mm thick pressed carbon arms. Central plates with 2mm and 3mm thickness provide the necessary support for structural elements without adding unneeded weight. The lightweight frame design lowers overall drone mass, enhancing energy efficiency and expanding flight range.

A key feature of the KHARAK 10″ AIR frame is its slimmed-down central section and narrower arms. Designed to accommodate essential electronics within assembled dimensions of 340 × 295 × 50 mm, its 400mm wheelbase is tailored for 10-inch propellers, making it suitable for 10-inch surveillance drones or delivering light payloads over long distances.

For the flight controller and stack, mounting options include 30.5 × 30.5 mm (M3) and 20 × 20 mm hole patterns. This 10-inch drone frame is compatible with 28xx and 31xx size motors. Motor installation relies on a Ø17–Ø20 mm pattern secured by four M3 screws. Comes with plastic mounts for a 20mm camera and FT VTX.
