Heavy Line F418 18” Carbon Fiber FPV Drone Frame

The Heavy Line F418 18” carbon fiber FPV drone frame is designed for large-format builds using propellers up to 18.5 inches. The 4-arm X-layout is engineered for heavy platforms requiring a dependable foundation for large payloads and auxiliary equipment.

Manufactured from high-density 3K carbon fiber, the 10mm thick arms form a reinforced load-bearing structure capable of handling extreme forces from large props and motors. This arm thickness resists bending and maintains precise drone geometry under adverse conditions or hard landings.

A key feature of the Heavy Line F418 frame is its expanded 210 × 200 mm plate, which can be mounted on top or underneath the frame. It serves as a mounting platform for dual 6S3P battery packs or auxiliary gear, creating a spacious base to position electronics efficiently.

Assembled dimensions without propellers are 540 × 540 × 65 mm, with a frame weight of 1000 g. Featuring a 710mm wheelbase designed for 18-inch props, it is built for extra-heavy FPV platforms where structural strength takes priority over weight reduction.

Flight stack mounting options support 30.5 × 30.5 mm and 20 × 20 mm hole patterns. The frame is compatible with 42xx and 60xx size motors. Motors are secured via a Ø25–Ø32 mm pattern with four M4 screws. Verify motor bolt-pattern alignment prior to assembly.
