Heavy Line F415 15” Carbon Fiber FPV Drone Frame

The Heavy Line F415 15” carbon fiber FPV drone frame is engineered for large-scale builds using propellers up to 15 inches. The 4-arm True-X layout is designed for heavy-duty FPV platforms where structural rigidity, load capacity, and secure mounting of heavy components are essential.

The frame for 15-inch propeller drones is manufactured from carbon fiber with directional fibers and features an arm thickness of 10 mm. This robust power profile is engineered for elevated stresses from large props and high-torque motors; massive arms resist flexing and maintain geometry even during intense operations.

The Heavy Line F415 frame is tailored for heavy FPV builds: payload carriers up to 5 kg or endurance platforms intended for long loitering times. Dimensions of 460 × 460 × 65 mm allow placement of dual 8S3P battery packs, power systems, and auxiliary equipment. The frame weight is 700 g, an important factor to consider when matching build components to the target specifications.

Flight stack mounting supports 30.5 × 30.5 mm (M3) patterns, while additional 20 × 20 mm slots expand mounting options for electronics. The quadcopter frame is compatible with 42xx size motors. The motor mounting bolt circle diameter is Ø25–Ø32 mm, secured using four M4 screws.
