Product description
The FT VTX 7.2GHz 5W 64CH is an FPV video transmitter designed to operate in the high-frequency 6110–7210 MHz (7.2 GHz) band, delivering a maximum output power of up to 6000 mW. The 7.2GHz 5W video transmitter offers 64 channels distributed across 8 frequency bands with 8 channels each.
The operating frequencies belong to a less congested band, so using them reduces the likelihood of radio interference and promotes stable signal transmission.
The output power can be adjusted depending on the operating conditions, with available levels including Pit Mode (0 mW), 25 mW, 2500 mW, and 5000 mW. Pit Mode is intended for configuration on the ground, while the maximum mode ensures long-range transmission.
The actual output power is 4400–6000 mW. Parameter configuration of the FPV VTX 7.2GHz via a flight controller is performed using the IRC Tramp protocol.
An SMA Female connector is provided for attaching an antenna. A 12–36V input range allows the transmitter to be used with 3S–8S LiPo or Li-Ion batteries. An aluminum heatsink and an active cooling fan on the VTX 7.2 GHz dissipate heat from the electronics.
