The FT V7 6.0–8.0GHz antenna is an omnidirectional model for transmitting and receiving video in the high-frequency 6000–8000 MHz range. Operating in the extended 6–8 GHz high-frequency spectrum, this antenna is an excellent solution for modern FPV video systems, reliable video links, and relay equipment.
The 6.0–8.0 GHz operating range ensures the antenna’s compatibility with VTXs and VRXs operating in this frequency segment, specifically at 7.2 GHz. The omnidirectional design is suitable for systems where the platform’s position actively changes during flight: FPV drones, local-radius ground stations, and video relay systems.
The FT V7 FPV antenna features RHCP polarization, so for proper operation, it should be paired with a video system of the same polarization. A VSWR of less than 1.5 indicates good matching with the connected equipment and efficient signal transmission. The FT V7 model is equipped with an SMA Male connector for quick connection to a compatible video transmitter or receiver.
