TIF SC640 Thermal Camera with 6 mm Lens F0.8

The TIF SC640 uncooled infrared thermal module with a 6 mm lens and F0.8 aperture is a compact solution for integration into UAVs, security systems, and robotic platforms.

It delivers stable imaging with 640×512 resolution and a high frame rate of up to 60 Hz. The shutterless algorithm ensures smooth video output without stuttering or latency.

The module is based on a VOx uncooled detector with an 8 μm pixel pitch and operates in the 8–14 μm spectral range, enabling reliable thermal detection across various environments.

The 6 mm lens provides a wide field of view of 48.7° × 39.0°.

Low power consumption (≤650 mW), compact dimensions (21 × 21 × 31 mm), and lightweight design (~9 g without lens) make it well-suited for systems with strict payload and power constraints.

The module supports both analog (CVBS) and digital (USB 2.0) video output, along with UART / I2C interfaces for flexible integration across platforms.
