Below are the rules for product returns and refunds for orders placed on <a href=\"https:\/\/ft.systems\/en\/\">ft.systems<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1) Quick summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returns of goods of proper quality are accepted <strong>within 14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exchanges for goods of proper quality are not available \u2014 only a refund is possible (subject to the conditions below).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect order contents, a refund or replacement is available upon agreement; the Seller reimburses return shipping costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are issued <strong>within 7 calendar days<\/strong> after the returned goods are received and inspected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return requests must be submitted via sales department: <a href=\"mailto:sales@ft.systems\">sales@ft.systems<\/a> or <a href=\"tel:+380735011025\">+380 73 501 10 25<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We recommend contacting support before shipping a return \u2014 we will advise on proper packaging and verify the order contents to avoid delays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2) General provisions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. This Policy is developed in accordance with the terms of the Public Offer (<a href=\"https:\/\/ft.systems\/en\/public-offer-agreement\/\">https:\/\/ft.systems\/public-offer-agreement\/<\/a>), the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Protection of Consumer Rights\u201d, the Civil Code of Ukraine, and other applicable regulations governing distance selling and e-commerce.<br><br>2.2. This Policy applies to all purchases made through<a href=\"https:\/\/ft.systems\/en\/\"> https:\/\/ft.systems<\/a> (the \u201cOnline Store\u201d).<br><br>2.3. This Policy forms an integral part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ft.systems\/en\/public-offer-agreement\/\">Public Offer<\/a> and applies to all Buyers who have entered into an agreement by accepting the offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3) Order cancellation by the Seller and refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. If an order is cancelled by the Seller due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the item being out of stock;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a technical error (price\/description);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inability to fulfil the order for reasons beyond the Seller\u2019s control,<br>the funds will be refunded to the Buyer in full within 7 calendar days using the same payment method originally used (unless otherwise agreed by the parties).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4) Return of goods of proper quality<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. The Buyer may return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (the period starts on the delivery date recorded by the carrier). A return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date the goods were received.<br><br>4.2. Exchange of goods of proper quality is not available. In this case, only a refund is possible after the goods are returned to the Seller.<br><br>4.3. A return is possible provided that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the goods have not been used and retain their original saleable condition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>seals\/packaging\/labels are preserved (where applicable);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the goods have no signs of use, damage, or installation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a proof of purchase or the order number is provided;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the goods are not included in the list of non-returnable products under Ukrainian law (including Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, as amended).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.4. Return shipping costs for goods of proper quality are borne by the Buyer and are not reimbursed by the Seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5) Returns in case of defects or incorrect order contents<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. If the Buyer receives goods with a manufacturing defect or goods that do not match the order\/contents, the Seller undertakes (upon agreement with the Buyer) to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>accept the goods back;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reimburse the cost of return shipping by a method agreed with the Buyer after the Buyer provides proof of the carrier\u2019s shipping charges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>issue a full refund or replace the goods with a proper item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2. To speed up processing, support may request photos\/videos of the defect or the received contents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6) Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1. Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.<br><br>6.2. Funds are refunded within 7 calendar days after the returned goods are received by the Seller and inspected.<br><br>6.3. The Seller may request identity verification or a document confirming payment\/order number where required for payment identification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7) How to request a return<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1. To request a return, the Buyer must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact sales department: <a href=\"mailto:sales@ft.systems\">sales@ft.systems<\/a> or <a href=\"tel:+380735011025\">+380 73 501 10 25<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide the order number, the Buyer\u2019s full name, the reason for return, and a contact phone number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If requested by support, provide photos\/videos of the goods or other supporting evidence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agree on the return shipping details (carrier, packaging, and order contents).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send the goods using the shipping method agreed with support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return shipping details are provided by customer support after the request. This is necessary to confirm the order, verify the contents, and agree on the return method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2. We recommend packaging the goods securely to prevent damage in transit. If damage occurs during shipping, additional documents\/acts from the carrier may be required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8) Changes to this Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1. The Seller may update this Policy unilaterally without prior notice. All changes are published on the website and take effect 3 calendar days from the date of publication, unless otherwise stated in the policy text.<br><br>8.2.
